Summary:The invention provides a preparation method of a chitosan/carboxylated polyphenylene sulfide composite material. Carboxylated polyphenylene sulfide, chitosan dispersion liquid, isopropyl titanate serving as a condensing agent and polyethylene glycol 800 serving as a dispersing agent are ultrasonically dispersed uniformly in NMP, react for 2-2.5 hours at 220-240 DEG C in a nitrogen atmosphere, andare filtered, washed and freeze-dried to obtain the chitosan/carboxylated polyphenylene sulfide composite material. Since carboxyl exists on the carboxylated polyphenylene sulfide, an amido bond can be formed between the carboxylated polyphenylene sulfide and chitosan, good mechanical interlocking is achieved, a compact surface is formed, and the mechanical stability of the composite material is improved; therefore, the corrosion current density is lower, and the hydrophobicity and the corrosion resistance are greatly improved.
