Summary: | The invention discloses a laser additive device for inside-laser coaxial wire-feeding. The device is mainly composed of a cylinder, a holographic optical element I, a holographic optical element II with a central through-hole, a wire feeding tube, a cooling system, a positioning support element mounted above the cylinder and a coaxial laser head portion, and the device is characterized in that anincident laser beam is diffracted by the holographic optical element I to form two beams which are separated from each other in the space and are diffracted to the surface of the holographic optical element II, then is diffracted again by the holographic optical element II to form an annular-cone-shaped beam with a hollow light-free area, the wire feeding tube is inserted into the light-free areafrom a through hole of the holographic optical element II, so that the beam, a wire and shielding gas are completely coaxial and perpendicular to an additive forming surface.
