The invention belongs to the technical field of soil improvement, and particularly relates to a method for rapidly fertilizing soil in a tobacco-rice rotation area. The method comprises the followingsteps of (1) performing treatment after rice is harvested: after the rice in the tobacco-rice rotation area is harvested, returning 2000-2500 kg/mu of rice straws and humic acid powder to the field, and carrying out powder ridge deep ploughing on field soil; and (2) performing fertilization of flue-cured tobaccos: in a flue-cured tobacco planting fertilization scheme, applying 50-55 kg of specialbase fertilizer for the flue-cured tobaccos, 50-55 kg of special additional fertilizer for the flue-cured tobaccos, 20-22 kg of cake fertilizer, 8-10 kg of seedling lifting fertilizer and 14-16 kg ofpotassium sulfate per mu. The method can improve the physical and chemical properties of the soil, enhance the water and fertilizer retention capacity of the soil, improve the effectiveness of soil nutrients and water, effectiv
