Summary:A bus bar module (110) of a battery system (100) includes a bus bar (130), a sensing circuit carrier (118), and a fuse assembly (214). The bus bar is held by a bracket (112) and is configured to electrically connect two battery cells (108) of the battery system. The sensing circuit carrier includes at least a first electrical conductor (220A) and a dielectric insulator (222) surrounding the firstelectrical conductor. The fuse assembly includes a first retainer terminal (232), a second retainer terminal (234), and a fuse (230) disposed between and electrically connected to the first retainer terminal and the second retainer terminal.
