Summary:The invention relates to a construction method of a mathematical model for predicting esophageal squamous cell carcinoma synchronous chemoradiotherapy curative effects. The construction method comprises the steps of (1) respectively scoring NOTCH3 protein expression quantity and CYPA protein expression quantity of tissues of an esophageal squamous cell carcinoma patient; (2) according to a resultof the step (1), analyzing a high-low boundary value of NOTCH3 protein expression quantity and a high-low boundary value of CYPA protein expression quantity by utilizing X-tile software; then, defining a curative effect prediction relation value of the two proteins; (3) substituting the curative effect prediction relation value obtained in the step (2) into a mathematical model, wherein the patient synchronous chemoradiotherapy total curative effect prediction value is equal to the sum of the curative effect prediction relation value of NOTCH3 protein and the curative effect prediction relation value of CYPA protein;
