WN18 is preserved in the China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center on June 24, 2020 at No.3, Yard No.1, Beichen WestRoad, Chaoyang District, Beijing, and has a preservation number of CGMCC NO.20135. The strain has the capability of efficiently degrading dioxane and the relatively high environmental adaptability under the condition that tetrahydrofuran is used as a primary substrate, and the reaction activity of the strain can be kept in high-concentration dioxane and tetrahydrofuran.
