Summary: | The invention provides a modified polypropylene material with high laser welding strength and a preparation method thereof. The modified polypropylene material comprises following raw materials: polypropylene, a sulfydryl monomer, silver nitrate, channel carbon black, an epoxy-halogen monomer, a toughening agent, an antioxidant and a filler. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly preparing nano-silver, then carrying out an epoxidation treatment on the nano-silver, then preparing a carbon black graft, and finally preparing the modified polypropylene with high laser welding strength. Carbon black is used as an energy absorbent for laser welding; by utilizing the nano-silver grafted on the surface of the carbon black, on one hand, the carbon black is not easy to agglomerate and is more uniformly dispersed, and on the other hand, by utilizing the excellent heat-conducting property of the nano-silver, the heat absorbed by the carbon black is transferred to a larger range, so that the melting |
