The invention belongs to the field of separation membrane assemblies. A separation membrane assembly comprises a separation membrane element, a membrane shell and a concentrated water sealing module with a closed gap. The pressure difference between the concentrated water sealing module and the water inlet side and between the concentrated water sealing module and the concentrated water side is increased through a closed gap formed by the concentrated water sealing module and/or the membrane shell and/or the separation membrane element; therefore, the sealing performance of the concentrated water sealing module is improved, the situation that the operation becomes poor due to increase of the actual recovery rate caused by direct leakage of raw water to the concentrated water side is prevented, meanwhile, the stability of the separation membrane element is improved, the recovery rate in the operation process is ensured, and stable operation and service life of the system are ensured. 本发明属于分离膜组件领域，分离膜组件包含分离膜元件、
