Summary:The present invention relates to a forging process and its forging die, in particular it is applicable to manufacture of hollow sucker rod. Said process adopts twice aggregation, once forming and trimming to finish an integral hollow sucker rod with flange, square portion and boss, and the head of hollow shell can be directly upset-formed on 500-ton upsetting machine. The hollow sucker rod produced by using said technological process and die has no teeming lap or flash deficient appearance, and its intrinsic streamline distribution is rational, strength is high, up-to-standard rate of production is high and cost is low.
