At present, mineral source potassium fulvic acid sold in the market is not high in water solubility, the commercially available mineral source potassium fulvic acid is subjected to graft modification, the growth regulator 28-high brassinolide is added, and the growth regulator 28-high brassinolide and the modified mineral source potassium fulvic acid have the synergistic effect so that the water-soluble fertilizer has
