The invention relates to a device for treating salt-containing wastewater by utilizing flue gas waste heat. The device comprises a low-low-temperature economizer, a pressure reducing valve, a feedingpump, a booster pump, a steam separator, an evaporator, a condensed water tank, a secondary steam condenser, a secondary steam condensed water tank, a vacuum pump, a condensed water pump and a discharging pump. Boiler make-up water return water is heated by flue gas through the low-low-temperature economizer; a part of boiler make-up underwater water is decompressed by the pressure reducing valveand then enters the steam separator for flash evaporation; obtained steam enters the evaporator to serve as a heat source, flash evaporation steam enters the condensed water tank after being condensed, the flash evaporation steam and bottom outlet liquid of the steam separator return to a boiler supply underwater water main pipeline through the booster pump, salt-containing waste water enters theevaporator through the feed
