Summary:In the existing fermentation technology, yeast is used for fermenting raw materials (sugar raw materials, starch or cellulosic raw materials) for 8-12 hours, so that fermentation liquor containing alcohol with specific concentration is produced. However, an existing fermentation technology has the defect that the alcohol yield in unit time is not high enough. Therefore, the invention provides an application of the light source in promoting the fermentation effect, wherein the light source is used for providing illumination light with the color temperature ranging from 1600 K to 4300 K so as tohelp improve the fermentation rate of ethyl alcohol with the fermentation effect in a fermentation object by at least 25%.
