The invention discloses a lean manufacturing execution system which comprises an acquisition control system, an MES system and a cloud service system, the acquisition control system is used for acquiring operation data of each production device in a production workshop and sending the acquired operation data to the cloud service system; the cloud service system is used for providing a related model of each production device in a production workshop, modeling the received operation data or substituting the received operation data into the corresponding related model for operation so as to judgethe operation condition of each production device, and sending the judged operation condition to the MES system; and the MES system is used for providing operation control of each production device in the production workshop and displaying the received operation condition.
