Summary: | The invention provides a composite negative electrode material, a preparation method thereof and a lithium ion battery. The composite negative electrode material comprises a one-dimensional carbon material, a two-dimensional carbon material and silicon oxide, the one-dimensional carbon material and the two-dimensional carbon material form a three-dimensional structure, the one-dimensional carbon material is inserted between layers of the two-dimensional carbon material, and the silicon oxide is located on the surfaces of the one-dimensional carbon material and the two-dimensional carbon material.
