The embodiment of the invention discloses an accounting data processing mode screening method, device and system, and the method comprises the steps: receiving an accounting data processing mode screening request which comprises an accounting identification; obtaining a first probability value, a guarantee type and an overdue type corresponding to the accounting identifier, wherein the first probability value is used for representing the probability that the user cannot clear the resource quantity involved in the accounting data within the preset time; determining a collection queue corresponding to the current accounting data according to the first probability value, the guarantee type and the overdue type corresponding to the accounting identifier; determining a second probability valuethat the current accounting data may become bad debt in the corresponding overdue time by using the migration rate of the collection queue to which the current accounting data belongs in each overduetime; and determining a pr
