The starting control strategy comprise the steps that S10 the position of the generator is positioned; S20 a controller controls a rotor of the generator to reversely rotate by a mechanical angle of 60 degrees; S30 the controller controls forward acceleration starting of the generator; and S40 the engine is driven by the generator to be ignited and started, and the generator is converted into a power generation mode after successful starting. By the adoption of the control strategy, the starting success rate can be increased, and the failure rate of the controller is reduced.
