A near-to-eye display device comprises an optical machine, a first optical waveguide and a second optical waveguide. The optical machine is used for providing images. The first optical waveguide is used for restoring an image in a viewing angle range in a first direction. The first optical waveguide includes a plurality of first beam splitters disposed along a first direction. The second optical waveguide is disposed in a light incident region on one side of the first optical waveguide. The second optical waveguide is used for restoring the image of the visual angle range in the second direction. The second optical waveguide includes a plurality of second beam splitters disposed along a second direction.
