Summary: | The invention discloses a preparation method of a layer-by-layer self-assembled GQDs/3D-G/PANI composite film, and belongs to the technical field of composite materials and electrocatalytic application. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing three-dimensional network-shaped graphene (3D-G) and graphene quantum dots (GQDs), and then preparing a GQDs/3D-G compositesystem on the surface of the 3D-G in a self-assembly manner by adopting GQDs; and finally, applying strong electrostatic force between an electropositive polyaniline (PANI) solution and an electronegative GQDs/3D-G composite dispersion solution and pi-pi interaction between benzene ring structures as driving force, constructing a GQDs/3D-G/PANI composite film which is self-assembled layer by layeron the surface of hydroxyl functionalized ITO, so that polyaniline can be firmly attached to the three-dimensional network-shaped graphene layer, graphene quantum dots assist in close contact betweenthe three-dimensional grap |
