The preparation method comprises the following steps: A, respectively carrying out vacuum drying on polypropylene, a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer and maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene granules in a drying oven at 70-80 DEG C for 12 hours; B, mixing the three materials dried in step A in a mass part ratio of 100: (5-25): (5-20) in a high-speed mixer for 3-10 minutes; C, performing melt extrusion on a mixture obtained in step B, cooling and shaping in a cold water tank, and granulating in a granulator; and D, drying a blend prepared in step C at 75 DEG C for 12 hours, and carrying out injection molding to obtain a standard test sample strip.
