The invention discloses a paper tube curling device. A curling mechanism comprises an upper curling mechanism and a lower expansion mechanism; the lower expansion mechanism comprises a pressing plate,outward expansion plates, a spring ring, screws and nuts; the pressing plate is positioned at the bottom; the pressing plate is circular; four moving grooves are formed in the edge of the pressing plate at equal intervals; the outward expansion plates are positioned on the upper part of the pressing plate; the outward expansion plates comprise upper plates, lower plates and vertical plates; the upper plates and the lower plates are fixedly connected by the vertical plates, so that a groove is formed between the upper plates and the lower plates; the screws are arranged vertically; the tops ofthe screws are fixedly connected to the lower plates; the bottoms of the screws penetrate through the moving grooves; the nuts are positioned under the lower part of the pressing plate and are in threaded connection with the
