According to application of the LINC00963-related carcinogenic axis in early diagnosis and treatment of distant metastasis of prostate cancer, it is found through research that long non-coding RNA-LINC00963 is highly up-regulated in CRPC tissue,CRPC patients have poor prognosis, migration in vitro of PCa cells and migration in vivo of the PCa cells are promoted, through a combination of LINC00963 and miR-542-3p, the process that NOP2 servesas an inducer of migration of the PCa is promoted, the LINC00963/miR-542-3p/NOP2 is the carcinogenic axis, and the axis has potential for diagnosis and treatment of advanced PCa.
