The invention discloses a multifunctional polydimethylsiloxane foam composite material and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, preparing polydimethylsiloxane foam by taking cube sugar as a template, then loading carbon nanofibers on the surface and inside the polydimethylsiloxane foam through ultrasonic driving, then coating a small amount of dimethylsiloxane on the surface of the polydimethylsiloxane foam through an impregnation method to fix the carbon nanofibers, and finally curing to obtain the multifunctional foam composite material. The polydimethylsiloxane foam composite material prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention has excellent super-hydrophobicity/super-lipophilicity, oil absorption selectivity and photo-thermal property, effective oil-water separation and emulsion separation in different environments can be realized, and meanwhile, the viscosity of crude oil can be reduced by the polydimethylsiloxane foamcomposite material prepar
