Summary: | The invention discloses hard-solder brazing filler metal suitable for a TC4 titanium alloy thin-wall honeycomb structure and a preparation method thereof and a brazing method. The brazing filler metalis prepared from the following chemical components in percentage by weight: 12%-15% of Ni, 15%-18% of Cu, 9%-12% of Zr, less than or equal to 0.5% of Be, and the balance of Ti. The preparation methodof the brazing filler metal comprises the steps of material preparation; vacuum smelting; and pressure melt-spinning. The brazing method using the brazing filler metal comprises the steps of pre-brazing treatment of parts; and brazing, wherein the brazing temperature is 910 DEG C-930 DEG C, the heat insulation time is 0.5 h-1 h, and the parts are cooled after brazing.
