Summary: | The invention relates to the technical field of preparation of unfired ceramsite, in particular to porous fly ash unfired ceramsite and a preparation method. The porous fly ash unfired ceramsite is prepared by adding water into raw materials including fly ash, calcium oxide, desulfurized gypsum and agricultural polymer water-absorbent resin and conducting granulation. According to the invention, process is simple, high-temperature calcination is not needed in the preparation process, energy is saved, and the environment is protected; pores can be formed in the ceramsite and on the surface of the ceramsite in a solid phase state in a unique efficient pore-forming process, so the obtained ceramsite product has high porosity, and the stacking density of the ceramsite is also reduced; and theresidual agricultural high-molecular water-absorbent resin can improve the water and fertilizer retention performance of the ceramsite.
