The invention discloses a credit asset transaction transfer method. The method comprises the following steps: (1) generating credit assets; (2) setting and configuring a credit asset data model between a credit asset loaning institution and a transfer undertaking institution, converting the expected attributes of the corresponding deliverymen into coefficients, and generating a discount pricing mode and a proportional profit sharing mode; and (3) carrying out transfer transaction as a parameter in a credit asset transfer process, and carrying out income profit sharing on the loaning institution and the undertaking institution according to the corresponding parameter when the customer pays for repayment. By introducing the asset pricing rule and the proportional profit sharing rule, the active management capability is improved, the transaction mechanism is optimized, the transaction structure is more flexible, and different investors are supported to confirm the income according to theagreed proportion at diff
