Summary:The invention relates to a frequency tracking device and method for an ultrasonic transducer and belongs to the technical field of medical instruments. Resonant frequency points are detected by measuring a phase difference of current and voltage signals; and the frequency of the ultrasonic transducer is tracked to match the inherent frequency change of the transducer, so that the transducer worksin an optimal resonance state, and the output power of the transducer is maximum. The frequency tracking device comprises a DSP processing module, a DDS signal generation module, a push-pull power amplification module, a phase acquisition module and a CPLD signal processing module.
