Summary: | The invention provides a devolatilization method of trans-butadiene-isoprene rubber, which comprises the following steps: (a) putting trans-butadiene-isoprene rubber into an extraction tank, introducing a supercritical fluid, and raising the extraction pressure to 5-35MPa, wherein the supercritical fluid is supercritical carbon dioxide; (b) under the extraction pressure, extracting the trans-butadiene-isoprene rubber through the flowing supercritical fluid to respectively obtain the supercritical fluid containing volatile components and the extracted trans-butadiene-isoprene rubber; and (c) reducing the pressure of the extracted trans-butadiene-isoprene rubber obtained in the step (b) to obtain devolatilized trans-butadiene-isoprene rubber. Compared with the prior art, according to the devolatilization method provided by the invention, residual monomers and dimers in the trans-butadiene-isoprene rubber are removed by utilizing the supercritical fluid, and by means of good solubility and diffusion performance |
