The invention relates to a two-way paperboard cutting machine capable of enabling cut sections of paperboards to be smoother. The two-way paperboard cutting machine comprises two cutting mechanisms and is characterized in that each cutting mechanism comprises a machine base and a cutter, a cutting roller and a plurality of guiding rollers which are installed on the machine base, the cutter is installed at the back side of the cutting roller, the multiple guiding rollers are wound by a paper pressing belt, the paper pressing belt acts on the cutting roller, a feeding inlet and a discharging outlet are formed between the paper pressing belt and the cutting roller, and a discharging outlet of the first cutting mechanism and a feeding inlet of the second cutting mechanism achieve conveying linkage through a conveying device.
