一种Au1.5Pt1Co1三元合金胶体溶液的制备方法及检测对苯二酚的电化学传感器
本发明公开了一种Au1.5Pt1Co1三元合金纳米胶体溶液的制备方法,将聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和庚酸分别溶解在N,N-二甲基乙酰胺溶剂中,氯铂酸和硝酸钴逐步滴加至上述澄清溶液中并进行超声处理,随后加入氯金酸,搅拌、超声至溶液澄清,加入水合肼,反应后得到Au1.5Pt1Co1三元合金纳米胶体溶液。经无水乙醇洗涤、离心,并配成一定浓度合金胶体乙醇溶液,滴涂在玻碳电极表面制备出Au1.5Pt1Co1/GCE电极,然后在其表明进行L-半胱氨酸单体的电化学聚合,构筑出poly(L-Cys)/Au1.5Pt1Co1/GCE电极并应于对苯二酚的电化学传感检测。本发明的优点:该方法制备的Au1.5Pt1Co1可在一步...
