Abstract The invention discloses a rapid screening method and a kit of novel coronavirus based on thermostatic nucleic acid amplification and specifically relates to the field of virus detection. The method includes the following steps: adopting gold magnetic nanoparticles as carriers and utilizing a sold-phase rolling circle amplification technology to construct a thermostatic nucleic acid amplification system of the coronavirus; and achieving specific capture through the reaction between amplification products and a detection probe containing paper microfluidic chip so as to realize colloidal gold agglutination and specific chromogenic reaction.
