Summary: | The invention provides an acetate-regulated adriamycin carrier-free organic-solvent-free nano-drug, and a preparation method and application thereof. Hydroxyl-containing sodium acetate and amino on adriamycin are utilized to generate hydrogen bonds, the adriamycin is adjusted through hydrogen bond acting force, and the nano-drug (DOX-Ac) which does not contain an organic solvent and a carrier andis high in drug loading capacity is prepared. It can be known through experimental data that the loading rate of the doxorubicin (DOX) in the nano-drug reaches up to 99.15%, and the nano-drug has an extremely high application value.
本发明提供一种乙酸根调控的阿霉素无载体无有机溶剂纳米药物及其制备方法和应用,通过利用含有羟基的醋酸钠与阿霉素上的氨基产生氢键,利用氢键作用力调整阿霉素,制备一种不含有机溶剂不含载体高载药量的纳米药物(DOX-Ac),通过实验数据可知该纳米药物中阿霉素(DOX)负载率最高达99.15%,既有极高的应用价值。 |
