Summary:The invention provides a method for recovering sericin from sericin wastewater. The method comprises the following steps: (1) clarifying sericin wastewater through a microfiltration membrane; (2) continuing to grade the penetrating fluid obtained in the step (1) by an ultrafiltration membrane; (3) after grading is finished, concentrating the penetrating fluid in the step (2) by an ultrafiltrationmembrane; and (4) drying the concentrated solution obtained in the step (3) to obtain sericin. The method is simple, high in desalination rate, safe, environmentally friendly and high in sericin recovery rate, protein can be recycled in a graded mode, and no chemical reagent is added. 本发明提供了一种从丝胶蛋白废水回收丝胶蛋白的方法。方法包含以下步骤:(1)丝胶蛋白废水通过微滤膜澄清;(2)将步骤(1)中得到的渗透液继续进行超滤膜分级;(3)分级完成后,将步骤(2)中渗透液进行超滤膜浓缩;(4)将步骤(3)中的浓缩液进行干燥处理得到丝胶蛋白。本发明方法简单,脱盐率高,分级回收可利用蛋白,未添加任何化学试剂,安全环保,丝胶蛋白回收率高。
