The double-end time delay alignment method comprises the steps that a first terminal sends a first data packet to a second terminal at a first moment; the first terminal receives a second data packet sent by the second terminal and a third moment when the second data packetis sent at the second moment; the first terminal obtains a reference moment offset based on the first moment, the second moment and the third moment, and determines correction start time of the firstterminal according to the reference moment offset and the initial time; and the data are played at the correction start time.
