The compound is synthesized for the first time, has certain activity of inhibiting human colon cancer cells (SW480 and HCT116), and has potential value in the aspects of anti-tumor drug development and application; meanwhile, alpha-glucosidase inhibitory activity testing is performedon the synthesized compound, and the result shows that the compound also has certain alpha-glucosidase inhibitory activity, which shows that the compound also has broad prospects in development and application of drugs for treating diabetes mellitus. 本发明涉及一种5-取代的尿嘧啶衍生物及其制备方法和应用。本发明首次合成并发现该类化合物具有一定的抑制人结肠癌细胞(SW480和HCT116)的活性，在抗肿瘤药物开发和应用方面具有潜在价值；同时本发明对所合成的化合物进行了α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性，结果表明该类化合物也具有一定的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性，说明该类化合物在治疗糖尿病药物的开发与应用方面也具有广阔前景。
