This decorative film comprises at least a substrate film layer and a fluorine-containing layer containing a cross-linked fluorine polymer, wherein: the cross-linked fluorine-containing polymer is a cross-linked product of a cross-linkable polymer containing a fluoroolefin-based unit and a unit comprising a cross-linkable group; and the cross-linked fluorine-containing polymer has an average inter-cross-link molecular weight of 500-50,000.
