The invention relates to a transparent display device, which comprises a liquid crystal panel, a light source device, a shadowless wall device and a box body with an opening in the front end, whereinthe liquid crystal panel is embedded in the opening at the front end of the box body, the light source device and the shadowless wall device are both arranged in the box body and located on the back side of the liquid crystal panel, the light source device is located on the inner wall of at least one side plate adjacent to the front side plate of the box body, the light source device is used for evenly projecting light to the liquid crystal panel, and the track of the light projected by the light source device to the liquid crystal panel is located between the liquid crystal panel and the shadowless wall device.
