Summary:The invention belongs to a track association technology in the field of target tracking, and provides a track robust association method based on hierarchical clustering analysis in order to solve a problem of radar/ESM track association with a system deviation. The method is characterized by considering the influence of formation and the system deviation on track association; clustering distance vectors in corrected polar coordinates by using a hierarchical clustering method; obtaining relative azimuth deviation estimation expectation between the radar and the ESM; and acquiring a radar/ESM track robust association result by using a method based on global optimal association judgment and hypothesis testing.
