Summary:The invention discloses a method for quantitatively detecting a specnuezhenide content in a kidney-tonifying and pulse-harmonizing prescription by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry. In liquid chromatography, a mobile phase is composed of acetonitrile (containing 0.1% of FA) and water (containing 0.1% of FA), and gradient elution is adopted. A mass spectrum adopts an electrospray negative ionsource and a multi-reaction monitoring analysis mode (MRM); and according to the method, a linear relation of specnuezhenide in a range of 100-5000ng/ml is good.
