Summary: | The invention discloses temperature-sensitive non-isocyanate polyurethane as well as a preparation method and an application thereof, the non-isocyanate polyurethane is prepared by reaction of soybeanoil cyclic carbonate and methoxy polyethylene glycol amine, and can replace traditional polyurethane to be applied to biomedical materials. When the non-isocyanate polyurethane is used for preparinga nano-micelle carrier, the nano-micelle carrier does not have residues of highly toxic isocyanate, and has good biodegradability, blood compatibility and a good slow-release effect. The preparation method can be applied to medicinal sustained-release materials.
