Summary: | The invention belongs to the technical field of nuclear medicine. The invention discloses a container and a method for closed operation of radionuclide. According to the container, an upper containerand a lower container are arranged, and a channel moving part and a puncture needle are arranged; relative axial movement can be generated through the puncture needle and a bottle body which is placedin the lower container and is filled with radionuclide; the puncture needle punctures a bottle cap of the bottle body, the radionuclide in the bottle body is sucked or recycled by inserting a drainage tube, the bottle body filled with the radionuclide does not need to be taken out during use, operation is convenient, and meanwhile the risk that the radionuclide in the bottle body leaks or is polluted is avoided.
