According to the manufacturing method, the lower steel channel is fixed through the positioning device, meanwhile, equipment is positioned, horizontal displacement of a steel frame and the upper steel channel is controlled, the steel frame is limited and fixed through the mounting device so as to prevent steel frame from moving in moving process and adjust vertical displacement, the upper channel steel is limited and fixedthrough the pressing devi
