Summary:The invention relates to a coke oven door frame smoking plugging sealing material. The sealing material is characterized in that the sealing material comprises a resin component A and a curing agent component B; the resin component A comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 20-50% of liquid epoxy resin or organosilicon modified liquid epoxy resin and 50-80% of a filler; and the curing agent component B comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 15-40% of a curing agent and 60-85% of a filler. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the sealing material. The coke oven door frame smoking plugging material provided by the invention is a semi-cured novel organic-inorganic composite binder with relatively high solid content, and has the functional characteristics of self-curing, good material hanging, good sealing property, stable property, no decomposition and the like in a high-temperature environment of about 300 DEG C.
