An inverter device 1 relating to the present disclosure has a front surface panel 65, and is provided with: a main circuit board 10 that performs power conversion; an EMC filter substrate 30, which isstacked on the front surface panel 65 side of the main circuit board 10, and which reduces propagation of noise; and a control board 50, which is stacked on the front surface panel 65 side of the EMCfilter substrate 30, and which controls the main circuit board.
