Summary: | The invention relates to a PCR/LDR molecular marker and method for identifying a rice fragrance allele Badh2-E7, and belongs to the technical field of rice breeding. The molecular marker comprises a pair of PCR primers and three LDR probes, wherein the forward primer sequence of the PCR primer pair is shown as SEQ ID NO.1, and the reverse primer sequence is shown as SEQ ID NO.2. The LDR probe comprises a fluorescent labeled probe Probe-FAM with a sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO.3, a non-Badh2-E7 allele specific probe Probe-non with a sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO.4, and a Badh2-E7 allele specific probe Probe-E7 with a sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO.5.
