The invention discloses a control method and device for an air conditioning system and the air conditioning system. The air conditioning system comprises an internal circulation subsystem, a fresh airsubsystem, an air mixing area, an air supply fan and an air exhaust fan. An air outlet of the internal circulation subsystem is provided with a temperature-control air valve, and a fresh air valve isarranged at an outdoor exhaust outlet. The control method comprises the steps of controlling the air conditioning system to switch into a target mode based on a received control instruction; if the target mode corresponds to switching on of the air valves and increase of the revolving speed of the fans, first switching on the air valves, and then increasing the revolving speed of the fans; and ifthe target mode corresponds to switching off of the air valves and decrease of the revolving speed of the fans, first decreasing the revolving speed of the fans, and then switching off the air valves.
