Summary:The invention relates to the technical field of electricity generation devices, in particular to an offshore wind turbine foundation comprising grouting assemblies, suction force barrels and a guide pipe frame arranged on the suction force barrels. Each grouting assembly comprises a grouting pipe, a flow distributor and multiple flow distribution pipes which are sequentially connected. Each suction force barrel is provided with a suction force cavity. An opening is formed in the lower end of each suction force cavity. A water drainage opening is formed in the upper end of each suction force cavity. The outlet ends of the flow distribution pipes are arranged on the upper portions of the suction force cavities and are used for conducting grouting towards in the inner portions of the suctionforce cavities.
