The invention belongs to the technical field of infrared electrothermal films, and especially relates to an infrared electrothermal film and a preparation method thereof. The infrared electrothermal film comprises an insulating mounting plate layer and polyimide heating sheet single bodies, arrays formed by polyimide heating sheet monomers are uniformly distributed, adhered and fixed on the top surface of the insulating mounting plate layer. An array composed of plastic pits is evenly distributed on the bottom face of the insulation mounting plate layer, the polyimide heating piece single bodies and the plastic pits are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode, through holes are formed in the centers of the plastic pits, and conductive columns are electrically connected to the centersof the polyimide heating piece single bodies. According to the invention, when the surface of the suede layer is pressed or touched, the plastic pits are deformed by pressure. The conductive column iscontacted with the reflec
