The invention discloses a display image processing method and device of a video conference terminal. The method comprises the following steps: storing an end identification code corresponding to the resolution of each terminal according to an online terminal of a video conference; and the central processing unit receives an exit instruction of the offline terminal, selects an end identification code corresponding to the terminal according to the exit instruction, and sends the end identification code to other online terminals. By adopting the method and the device, a user can be reminded thata certain terminal is offline, doubts of the user on equipment faults and network problems are eliminated, and the user experience is enhanced. 本发明公开了视频会议终端的显示画面处理方法及装置。该方法包括：根据视频会议的在线终端，储备与各个终端的分辨率相对应的结束标示码；中央处理器接收离线终端的退出指令，并根据该退出指令选择与该终端相应的结束标示码，发送给其余在线终端。采用本发明，可以提示用户某一终端已离线，消除了用户对设备故障、网络问题的疑虑，增强了用户的感受。
