The invention discloses a pretreatment method for sludge dehydration. The pretreatment method comprises the following steps: A) sludge filtration: directly discharging sludge onto a filter screen frame, statically placing for 30 minutes, and leaching out residual flowing water; and B) centrifugal treatment: introducing the filtered sludge into a centrifugal machine, carrying out a centrifugal treatment for 10 minutes, and throwing out part of water adsorbed by the sludge. According to the pretreatment method, various types of water contained in the sludge can be treated and discharged; and thewater content of the treated sludge is low.
