Summary: | The invention provides a novel sweet dumping production method. A sweet dumpling production method adopting die pressing is disclosed, wherein a sweet dumpling product is wholly formed by a die in a pressing mode, wherein a main die of the die comprises two semi-spherical concave dies used for pressing and shaping product appearance; and a middle auxiliary die is a lightly-pressed spherical convexdie, wherein the middle auxiliary die is used for being freely positioned on the center of a finished product position when spherical stuffing is added. The production process comprises the steps ofadding lower wrapper powder material; slightly pressing the lower wrapper powder material through the middle auxiliary die to enable the upper surface of the lower wrapper powder material to be in a concave semi-spherical shape; adding the spherical stuffing; adding an upper wrapper powder material; and carrying out integral pressing to form a spherical shape.
